RJSIMS has a Placement Cell, acting as a channel of communication with the organizations seeking trained personnel for managerial jobs and students who are ready to take up challenging opportunities. Representatives of students, faculty and management are part of this forum to facilitate permanent placements for second year students and internship training for the first year students. Students from RJSIMS have done their internship training in reputed organizations such as HLL, Oracle, ICICI, TCS, Brittania Industries, Citi Corp, Taj Group,ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Reliance Group, Airtel, Tata Telecom, TCS,Infosys, Thomson Fianancials, E & Y, Accenture, etc.

Our past record on placement for MBA students is very good. There is a fulltime faculty in charge of placement. He is assisted by faculty members and students representatives. Our students have been placed in reputed organizations such as Hindustan Lever Ltd., TCS, Wipro Infotech, BPL, Bharathi Telecom, Metlife Insurance, Cannon Photo Copiers, to name a few.
