RJS in a span of 83 years has emerged as one of the leading educational institutions in Bangalore. With a spacious campus of about 5.5 acres, aesthetically appealing looks conveniently placed adjacent to the BDA Shopping Complex, adds to the locational advantage. RJS IMS has sound infrastructure with library with well stocked current editions, computer lab, video library ,college canteen and separate hostels for boys and girls apart from spacious and furnished classrooms.

Computer Laboratory		Library

RJSIMS is committed to Information Technology and has established a well - equipped computer laboratory with more than 60 terminals with UPS to acquaint students with current trends in information technology. The Computer Lab has adequate number of systems with advanced Software packages and firm plans are in place for regular up gradation of systems and continuous addition of more desktops to ensure a high computer - student ratio. Seminar Hall
RJSIMS houses a spacious seminar hall with a seating capacity of 1000. The seminar hall is well designed and used for seminars,work shops, distinguished speaker's series and other functions.

RJSIMS is proud to be associated with some of 'the best' academicians and industry experts as visiting faculties, apart from dedicated full - time faculty in Marketing, HRM, Finance and Systems. A detailed background of the faculty is given at the end of the prospectus.
Students' confidential and informal feedbacks are sought on a regular basis about the improvement of quality teaching and suggestions in general administration. This helps RJSIMS in its efforts for "continuous improvement"

Pedagogy
	The faculty at RJSIMS employ different learning methods, as appropriate to each subject.Apart from lecture sessions, group exercises, case studies, group discussions, role plays, individual presentations, group presentations, simulated games and field - work are also adopted which play a major role both in the personality and academic development of our students. Experts from Industrial and Academic fields supplement the formal classroom sessions with guest lectures as a part of our regular distinguished lecture series.

Placement
RJSIMS has a Placement Cell, acting as a channel of communication with the organizations seeking trained personnel for managerial jobs and students who are ready to take up challenging opportunities. Representatives of students, faculty and management are part of this forum to facilitate permanent placements for second year students and internship training for the first year students. Students from RJSIMS have done their internship training in reputed organizations such as BPL, HAL, HMT, BIRLA TEXMACO, ABB, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Reliance Group, Airtel, Tata Telecom, TCS,Infosys, Thomson Fianancials, E & Y, Accenture, etc.

Hostel facilities
RJSIMS has seperate hostel facilities for boys and girls with ample parking space for vechicles. Adequate safety measures are ensured for the welfare of the students. The hostel is well equipped and are airy, well lit and designed for optimum space utilization.
